From Casablanca, you can take a train to El Jadida, and then a taxi or local bus to Azemmour. Alternatively, you can hire a grand taxi directly from El Jadida to Azemmour. From within Azemmour, Dar El Beida is easily accessible on foot as it's located in the heart of the medina. Bus from El Jadida: Take bus number 4 to Azemmour. The bus station in El Jadida is near the city center.
